Level 1 Server Support Engineer
Layered Technologies currently has an opening at its Cedar Falls datacenter for a Level 1 Server Support Engineer, who will be responsible for day-to-day customer focused support tasks and requests. This employee must have good technical troubleshooting skills and a foundational understanding of Unix operating systems, Windows operating systems, and networking. This position is available for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
