Web Applications Programmer

UNI's Rod Library seeks a part-time web applications programmer.

This student will assist the Library Information Technologies Department in the Rod Library with the development and maintenance of several Web application projects using PHP and MySQL in an Apache/Linux environment. Must have demonstrated skills in PHP development, a working knowlege of MySQL Server, experience with the SQL language, and experience with HTML. Experience with Javascript and CSS is desirable. Experience with Microsoft Access would be a plus.

Wage Rate: $10.40 per hour. Hours required: 12 per week. Schedule required: flexible. Job start date: January 2009. Job duration: continuing throughout the year.
