Risks of the Internet

Using the Internet responsibly requires understanding the risks involved and working (to the extent personally desirable) to mitigate the risks. Provided below is a significantly condensed homemade diagram of the Internet. Immediately following the diagram is a list of terms set of that will probably be useful in discussing the questions regarding risks which are provided further below.
