Papers for the proceedings must be submitted as an e-mail attachment to fienup@cs.uni.edu by March 1, 2002. These attachments (in order of preference) can be submitted in either PDF format, rich-text format, Microsoft Word, or post-script. Please follow the formatting instrucitons listed below.
