processing/checking of the users answers to the 1st two questions
is shown. Note that OL means Ordered List, so PERL processing is shown
for the 1st LI and the 2nd LI after the OL tag.

LI means List Item.
- List Items are numbered if they are part of an OL (Ordered List), but
- they are bulleted if they are part of a UL (Unordered List).
- The 1st LI is Q1,
which asked about the name of the command to make your own toolbar.
- The 2nd LI is Q2, which asked about the name for the Scalar variable
for Social Security Number, with letters SSN in the name.
More processing will be shown later, especially for how to evaluate the
user's answers to the Option or Radio Button questions.
