The name of the program is either cmd.exe (Windows NT)
                               or command.exe (Windows ME).

Try typing cmd in the Start menu, Run dialog box.  
                          Click OK.  Did it work?

                      If it doesn't work, try typing command instead?

The following commands work on Windows NT in the Wright Hall labs.

  You can try them at home or in other labs on campus, or where you work,
  but you may have to be at the Wright place to be able to do some tasks.
