Subject: Visual Basic final exam...

Hi 030 students,

    Friday we have an exam (or you can think of it as a double quiz).
You will have the full 50 minutes to take this exam.

    On Monday at 1 p.m. during our final exam period we will have
a discussion and presentation relating the ideas of the waggle dancing
bees handouts and the Ghosbusters and problem solving handout to
problem solving and learning and human communication.

    There will be a quiz at the end of the Ghostbuster's non-traditional
final exam period.

    For studying for the exam, study your lecture notes and handouts
and past assignment and quiz experiences and tasks.  I will make the
quiz mostly over what has been emphacized in the class.

    RGB and QBColor, binary, String functions on page 81, If and For Next
statements, Data control and databases, vertical scroll bar, properties,
events and methods, U N I dancing letters, Timer control, nested loops,
Static variables and Dim statements, menus and the MouseUp event used
to have a right mouse button click menu popup at you, PSet and Point
and graphics, these are just a few things off the top of my head.

    See you on Friday at the comprehensive exam (or double quiz).
