Subject: Last Programming Assignment: Neko cat racing...

Hi VB students,

     The last assignment will be the Neko cat racing software.
We did this in lab on Friday and discussed in last Wednesday and today
in class.

    Your racing cat program will have FOUR cats, but you can feel free
to do it with only TWO cats until you get everything working.

    Your racing cat program will have a finish line, which you know how
to do from the Friday hands-on class and today's follow-up lecture and
handouts.

    The extra features that your program is required to have s portion
of will be discussed more on Wednesday in class and in handouts.
For now, you should get the basic TWO or FOUR cat race working, or be
thinking about it alot and studying the handouts and trying out the
downloadable executable programs available at:

    Because your 60 day VB.NET software expires just before Thanksgiving,
this will be the last major programming assignment that we have.  Because
this project will require lots of time, we will wait till AFTER
Thanksgiving break for the next quiz.  In other words, there will NOT be
a quiz BEFORE Thanksgiving break.
