Keeping cboURLs coordinated with alphabetized cboFAVs.

   Test data: (ZOO;Gorilla and ABB;Biology and GGG:Rocky Mountains too)

   Also UNI;Panthers was inserted as well...

   Note the test data verified that we are able to cover all the cases:

    1. new first item 

    2. new last item  (alphabetically after what was last when inserted).

    3. typical insert, somewhere within the ListBox (or ComboBox).
