You upload TWO files, the .html and the .swf files that your .fla Flash application created when you did the PUBLISH.

Send me the link to the .html file, NOT the .swf file. 

Example:
        myEffectsAssign.fla   Your application file 
                                    which does NOT need to be uploaded.

        myEffectsAssign.html  Upload this file and send its URL  
        myEffectsAssign.swf   Upload this file, that the .html file
                                    refers to, needs and displays.
