  The First Step is a program that will encourage participants to step in the direction of gaining a better understanding of themselves and others. Participants will learn to understand and effectively manage the stestems that they create and of which they are an integral part. I encourage individuals to get "right with themselves first", then they can connect with "The Bigger Picture" (their team of group) more effectively. All Winning Systems programs are interactive, dynamic, fun and challenging. The First Step sets the wheels of positive change into motion.
