HW: http://cns2.uni.edu/~jacobson/021/GB/PolyaElbow.htm Ghostbuster's and Problem Solving Questions and some of them require the Peter Elbow handout and the ghost.txt handout. I will also show a few scenes from Ghostbusters and Dances With Wolves, especially the scene from Ghostbusters that there is a question about. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Does it make sense? --------------------------------------------------------------------------- *************************************************************************** *************************************************************************** --------------- You may turn in either on Monday or on Wednesday your first exam. --------------- Stapled or paper-clipped to it will be the improved and corrected answers to a. any questions that you missed on Exam One, and b. any questions you could now answer better or a different way, even if you got full credit on them the first time. c. the complete HTML solution should be included, for the HTML problem that you did, but make that page have different numbers than the default arabic 1, 2, 3, 4, ... style for OL LI List Items and/or have different bullets than the default UL LI style of round, black circle bullets. d. a different LINK and VLINK and TEXT and BGCOLOR so that the web page has a unique set of colors that blend together well, but with enough contrast between the; BGCOLOR and the VLINK LINK and TEXT colors so that they are readable! --------------- A. Stapled or paper-clipped to it will be the improved, corrected answers as specified above: YOU MUST TURN IN BOTH items A. and B. ---- -- -- *************************************************************************** I will be giving out an assignment that is either due on Friday or due the day of the final exam. It will be sort of a take home test activity. The good news is that we will NOT have an in-class test three! :-) --- The task of going over and resubmitting Test One with the additional pages attached will be enough review of the earlier part of the course activity. The latter part of the course will focus on problem solving and the Ghostbuster's movie as a metaphor for it. Mark
