This week you submit a
report on the user visits you carried out in the last week.
The user visit report should
include the following:
summary of the actual process you carried out (or summaries, if it
differed for the different users).
user description that discusses the relevant user characteristics you
are considering in your design. For example, what is the expected range
of computer and internet experience? What is the use environment?
Special user concerns or motivations?
general description of what the users do today to fulfill the needs that
your project is directed towards.
summary of what you learned from the user visits that is not captured in
brief summary of how effective your process was, and any lessons learned
about how to carry out the user visits differently in the future.
brief summary of any information you were unable to gather, along with a
description of either plans for how to gather it or plans for continuing
