• Session 14
• In Class Code to finish up "enlarge".  This includes a not-completely-accurate version of the "averaging" enlarge we talked about in class but didn't code.  It is not accurate because it does not actually produce the last row or last column properly (use the explorer and you will see they are both white).  To fix this up we could take several approaches, none of which is that pretty.  I post this so you get the general idea of the technique.
