Also: Treat all students as equals, with expectation that all participate and learn. Teach where each student lacks. I think I have a more detailed essay on this topic in me, in terms of how we teach programming and software development. But it will have to wait for another day. In any case, my agedness seems to be growing asymptotically faster than my wisdom. -----
