In particular, what sub-decisions need to be made, and how do the sub-decisions combine to form an overall decision?
These could be ideas that you think are especially important, or ones that related to prominent ideas you encountered in the course, or even ones that just made you stop reading and go "Huh...".
Don't just point out a weakness, but try to suggest an improvement. For example, rather than saying "Page 42 stinks.", you might say, "A figure showing the relationship between foos and bars would make the description on Page 42 clearer."
