UNI CS Students Conduct Summer Research

Computer Science students Beau Brown and Coved Oswald were busy this summer with an undergraduate research project that explores ways to use software and mobile devices to interact with virtual objects.

Beau’s and Coved’s work was supervised by UNI CS prof Sarah Diesburg and Math prof Adam Feldhaus. It is part of an ongoing project by Diesburg and Feldhaus that seeks to create new ways for users to interact with whiteboard-like technology and to use this interaction style effectively in the mathematics classroom.
